Part P & N.A.P.I.T. Being a member of N.A.P.I.T. (National Association of Professional Inspectors & Tester) and coupled with our policy of using quality accessories and materials, all of which conform to British Standards, ensures our work is of the very highest level of quality and safety.

Part P is a new addition to the building regulations. It requires that works carried out in ‘Dwellings’, must be carried out by a competent person who is registered with one of the bodies approved by the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister. It is the only government recognised register of electrical installers who have been approved to self-certify that their work complies with the Building Regulations.

Part P applies depending on the sort of electrical work involved and where the work is being undertaken within the dwelling.
